Last night was Fashion Night Out in Los Angeles, London, and Manhattan! Usher, Justin Bieber, Neyo, Nicole Richie, Drake, Nicki Minaj, Pharrell, Maxwell, Estelle, Mary Blige, and so many more were seen getting their shop on. New York Fashion week kicked off last night as well.
